Infrared Moisture Scan Determines Roof Repair

To address the roofing failure at P. Ross Berry School, TEMA conducted an infrared roof moisture scan to determine the best repair and replacement strategy. The scan revealed that only 25% of the roof was holding moisture, allowing for the majority of the roof to be repaired with a cost-effective and faster overlay. The compromised 25% required a complete tear-off and re-roof. TEMA recommended a Duro-Last 60 mil PVC roofing system for both the re-roof and the overlay, ensuring a durable and high-quality solution for the school’s roofing needs.
