Scott Froelich Accepted Into NRCA Future Executives Institute

TEMA Roofing is excited to announce that one of our very own, Scott Froelich, was recently accepted into NRCA University’s three-year Future Executives Institute (FEI) program. Courses were supposed to begin this past August, but due to COVID-19 restrictions are now slated to start in August 2021.

The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) is a trusted roofing industry trade association and a voice for industry information, education, technology and advocacy.

The NRCA FEI program gives participants an in-depth learning experience focused on leading and managing thriving roofing business operations: management, leadership, strategic planning, human resources, financial management, sales and marketing, roofing industry issues, risk management, family relationships/succession and personal-development skills. Courses are held at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.

Applicants for the NRCA Future Executives Institute must have five or more years of roofing industry experience, be knowledgeable about his or her roofing company’s operations and have increasingly responsible management experience.

“Being part of an educational program like the NRCA’s Future Executives Institute is just another way TEMA Roofing is focused on positioning our business as an industry leader,” says Scott Froelich, vice president at TEMA Roofing. “This three-year program offers an avenue within the commercial roofing industry for networking, peer-to-peer communication and a highly-focused learning environment.”

Scott also has a business degree from Westminster College and an internet marketing certificate from Full Sail University, which allow him to wear multiple hats at TEMA Roofing. He has developed technology systems and marketing strategies in order to get the right information to TEMA’s current and future clients in a timely and customer-friendly way, and he helps drive overall business goals, innovation and creative thinking.
