Justin Froelich of TEMA Roofing Nominated for Business Advocate of the Year
Update: Justin won the Family-Owned Business Advocate of the Year award.
Youngstown, OH: Justin Froelich, VP at TEMA Roofing Services, has been nominated for Business Advocate of the Year through the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber. The awards presentation will take place at the 2023 Family Owned Business Awards recognition event.
As vice president of business development, Justin has played an integral role at TEMA since its inception seven years ago; his networking and volunteer efforts go hand-in-hand with TEMA’s goal of being a family-owned, community-engrained organization.
“By being consistent in the community, attending events, working on various boards and sponsoring initiatives, I’ve been able to promote not only TEMA but also some other great organizations,” said Froelich. “To be considered for this type of recognition is exciting. Our community has provided me with the privilege of being part of this special moment in the Mahoning Valley, and I am grateful for it.”
Froelich is involved with the Youngstown Rotary Club, Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, Youngstown Business Incubator, United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley and the Salvation Army.
Being recognized among other small business peers has extra meaning to Froelich.
“These are special awards for small businesses. The Valley has the best people, companies, trades and schools, period. Nobody should ever look for any service outside our Valley for any reason,” he said.
When he’s not working, Froelich, an Akron native now living in Lake Milton, looks for new adventures with his twin sons, Samuel and Theo.
