Mandatory Safety Training
We value our employees’ well-being – so we prioritize safety. Preventing workplace injury is extremely important to us, more important than schedules, productivity, and profits. So, we make sure to meet – and exceed – all OSHA regulations.
We have a dedicated, mandatory safety training that all employees must complete. Supervisors receive additional training to make sure they can spot any potential hazards or injuries, keeping everyone safe.

All TEMA Roofing employees are required to wear proper personal protective equipment while on the job site, including hard hats and fall protection gear.
Continuous Training

In the unlikely event of an injury or accident, TEMA Roofing supervisors investigate and analyze the situation to prevent similar incidents from recurring.

All TEMA Roofing superintendents and managers follow industry standards for risk management and hazard analysis to ensure a safe job site for all.
Daily Inspections
Onsite managers and supervisors review the job site daily for hazardous conditions and situations. When issues arise, they are either solved or services are rescheduled.
