Thomas Froelich Jr. has been providing leadership to the TEMA team since he and his wife founded it in 2014. He brings decades of experience to the table, along with a B.A. from Mount Union, a master’s degree from Baldwin College (and another master’s degree from the school of hard knocks).He provides TEMA with its vision and strategy, making the major decisions and guiding the organization toward its goals.

Thomas started his career with Roth Brothers in 1984 and worked his way to the very top when he became vice president of their roofing division – and then eventually purchased the company outright. Eventually, he sold the company and asked his family if they wanted to start their own roofing company, and they said yes. The rest is TEMA history.

Thomas is a current member and former president of the Boardman Rotary Club, president of the Builders Roofing and Sheet Metal Chapter, and trustee of the Roofing Pension Group. After all his years of roofing experience, he has this advice to give to commercial building owners: “Stay off your ladders and hire TEMA to do the work.”
