Scott Froelich

Vice President

Scott Froelich is the Swiss Army knife of TEMA. He handles everything from high-level strategy to the nitty-gritty details. Thanks to his broad range of talents and dedicated efforts, TEMA’s roofing services not only meet industry standards but exceed them. He loves the unique blend of challenges and rewards that working as vice president of TEMA brings, and the sense of satisfaction that comes along with a job well done. He’s been working with TEMA since it was founded in 2014. Since then, he has been a roofing superhero – battling leaks and weather woes with a smile.

Scott attended the NRCA University’s Future Executive Institute hosted by the Kellogg School of Management and the International Roofing Expo®. There, he studied in-depth theories and practices on management and leadership. He also holds a certification in Health and Safety from OSHA and earned a B.A. from Westminster College. He’s a former president and current executive committee member of the Builders Association of Eastern Ohio & Western PA, where he currently serves on the Construction Advancement Program committee. He’s also an Industry Member of the Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants.

When he’s not busy being a top dog in the roofing industry, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Simone, and their three children, Joella, Henry, and Scotlynn. Family is precious to him, and he loves a fun day out with them just as much as a cozy evening at home. He also loves hitting the golf course and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Scott believes that the most important thing any business owner can do is stay on top of issues before they develop into bigger problems. This means scheduling regular inspections and maintenance – which in Scott’s experience, can greatly extend the lifespan of your roof.
