Mike Quinlan previously worked with Roth Brothers for 16 years and has a total of 25 years in the roofing industry. He acts as a project manager for TEMA, managing the architectural S.M. department, quoting projects, purchasing materials, and managing field and shop crews. He loves working through the ups and downs of projects and problem-solving with his team members. When it comes to the health of your roof, Mike says the most important thing to do is to take care of small problems before they become big ones. When he’s not on the job site, he’s out golfing, traveling with his wife, Amy, or attending concerts.
