Lee Ann Plunkett

National Service Manager

As TEMA IFM’s National Service Manager, Lee Ann Plunkett oversees the management of reactive and maintenance roofing services across local, national, and international accounts. She’s responsible for coordinating national roofing services and coordinating service delivery to ensure client satisfaction. She fosters collaborative relationships with our vendors and clients through open communication and deliberate dedication to detail while maintaining our robust network of roofing partners.  She keeps all of our network secure by participating annually in cyber security awareness certification.

Lee Ann earned an associate’s degree in medical assisting but has leaned into the new challenges and experiences that have come along with the transition. She’s often the first point of contact with customers who need to resolve a roofing crisis, and she finds it extremely rewarding to help them solve their issues.

Lee Ann also loves helping her community. During her free time, she volunteers with the Austintown Girls Softball League as an Executive Board Member and volunteers for the Austintown Fitch High School’s Choral Parent’s Club. For fun, she loves to visit theater productions, watch comedy shows, and hang out with her teenage daughter and their pet cat, Kevin.
