Justin Froelich brings a passion for networking to his position as vice president of TEMA. He focuses on generating revenue and drives growth by identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships that expand the company’s market reach. His extensive network keep him – and TEMA – at the forefront of every opportunity and new market.

He is committed to using his talents to grow both his family’s business and those of our national partners. His family called him in 2017 to tell him they needed him on the team, and he relocated from Florida to Ohio to join the business.

Justin believes in investing in community and relationships. He currently serves his community by acting as a board member of the Youngstown Rotary, the Youngstown Business Incubator, the Youngstown Air Reserve Base Community Council, and the Salvation Army. He believes that relationships – both personal and business – are built upon trust and reliability.

When he isn’t networking or serving his community, Justin spends time with his family, his kids Samuel and Theo, and their many, many animals. Their house is full of all sorts of critters – from birds and dogs to pythons and iguanas.

He believes an ounce of education goes a long way in roof maintenance and is proud to work with TEMA to supply business owners with the information they need to become roofing subject matter experts.
