IFM HVAC Compliance Manager

Kathy Latone overseas our HVAC vendor account invoices for compliance and accuracy.  She communicates with vendors for outstanding items or issues and works with our Service Coordinators to review quotes and creates reports to process that are associated with our accounts .  She ensures that all HVAC operations comply with industry regulations and standards by managing audits, certifications, and safety protocols.

She brings fifty years of experience to her role.

Outside of work she enjoys watching Ohio State college football, playing bocce and attending concerts.  She currently lives in Austintown, Ohio and has 2 children, Nicole and John and 3 grandchildren, Christian, Gia and Mya.
