Dave Pugh

Project Manager

Dave Pugh is a dedicated project manager who handles ordering materials, pricing, spending for roofing projects, scheduling crews, warranties, and guiding field men. Dave began working with TEMA in 2014 and has 12 years of experience in the roofing industry.

He takes pride in his work because of how important a roofing system is. When your roof fails, Dave says, bad things happen. He loves that every day with TEMA gives him a new challenge to overcome. He holds an OSHA 30 certification and one in asbestos monitoring.

Before working in roofing, Dave was a foreman electrician for ten years. He loves being a father and husband, traveling, and skiing (and not to mention cutting his grass).
