Carla Catheline has been working in the roofing industry for over 43 years. Before joining TEMA in 2019, she worked with Roth Brothers. Now, she provides support to management and staff to make sure all processes are as streamlined and efficient as possible. Carla says her favorite thing about her job is the wonderful people she gets to work with and being a part of a great team.

Carla is a licensed public notary in the state of Ohio. She likes to support animal charities in her free time, travel, and read. She lives with her husband, Jim, in Canfield, and together they have one son and three grandchildren.
