Adam Froelich

Vice President

As vice president, Adam Froelich handles roofing construction projects from the top down to ensure that the best product is delivered to the customer. He has 23 years of experience in the industry, currently furthering his education by working with the NRCA and Future Executive Institute program to take his leadership skills to the next level.

Ongoing education is a passion for Adam. He holds several certifications within the industry, having taken courses on roofing and project management at institutions such as the University of Wisconsin, the University of Washington, and the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds a certificate in safety from OSHA. Currently, he serves on the Board of Trustees for the Joint Apprentice Committee and as a board member for Sheet Metal Workers Local 33- Youngstown District Annuity Fund.

Adam loves seeing construction projects come to life. To him, there’s nothing more satisfying about the job than watching a building or structure take shape from the ground up. When he’s not on the clock managing TEMA’s projects, he enjoys CrossFit workouts and spending time with his wife, Sherry, and their children, Nolan, Brooke, Roman, and Benjamin.

As a project manager, Adam understands how important it is to keep a good file of inspection work completed on your roof.
