MARGARET FROELICH (MEG)
Meg is CFO and the majority owner of TEMA Roofing. She spent 20 years working for the County Board of Developmental Disabilities as director of transportation, where her focus centered on the needs of the clients and their overall safety. Meg’s management skills and ability to coordinate many moving parts play an integral role in allowing TEMA to achieve yearly goals and deliver unmatched satisfaction for our customers. Meg is the proud mother of five grown children and grandmother of 10 (and counting).
THOMAS FROELICH JR.
Tom is president and minority owner of TEMA Roofing. He brings more than 40 years of experience to the table, having been a roofer, roofing material salesman, roof consultant, roofing contractor and finally owner of Roth Bros., Inc. Tom and his partners sold Roth Bros. to Sodexo in 2011, and ever since, has worked alongside his wife Meg to build TEMA Roofing and solidify their family’s legacy in the industry. He strives to deliver the highest quality service to the friends TEMA calls customers, and in his spare time, Tom enjoys fine cigars and being with family.
BILL CHARLES
Bill serves as senior consultant to TEMA Roofing and has over 58 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. While working at Roth Bros., Bill led the development of the company’s roofing division to over 20 million in annual sales, and his leadership skills help TEMA to meet and exceed customers’ expectations on a daily basis. Bill is the father of Meg and has been a boss and mentor to Tom throughout his own career at Roth Bros.
ADAM FROELICH
As VP at TEMA, Adam facilitates daily operations at active worksites for the company. He brings with him more than 14 years of industry experience (from working in the roofing division at Roth Bros.), and he leads the charge in sales, operations, estimating and safety. At TEMA, Adam has direct control of daily operations for our roofing crews and is always striving to meet and exceed customer expectations. His goals are three-fold: keep jobs safe, on-time and within budget.
Adam is married to Sherry and father to four great children: Nolan, Brooke, Roman & Benjamin.
SHERRY FROELICH
Sherry facilitates TEMA’s Roof Asset Management program (RAM) and has over 12 years of experience in developing, managing and delivering superior service in the management of roof assets for clients throughout the US. Also coming from a career at Roth Bros., Sherry has extensive experience in building out the RAM process, and she is constantly working to develop new strategies and processes that take TEMA’s roof service to its highest possible level. Sherry is married to Adam and mother to their four beautiful children.
DAVE PUGH
Dave is field manager for TEMA, and brings with him over 10 years of experience as a journeyman specializing in industrial, commercial and residential work. Dave is a highly dedicated and disciplined individual. He is recognized by his co-workers as a team player who seeks to contribute to and grow our customers’ trust, and he is an enormous asset to TEMA Roofing. Dave is married to his wife, Holly, and they have two children, Skylar and Trent.
SCOTT FROELICH
Scott works to drive company initiatives and strengthen growth strategies. His business degree from Westminster College and an internet marketing certificate from Full Sail University have allowed Scott to develop systems and marketing strategies that deliver the right information to TEMA’s current and future clients in a timely and customer-friendly way. Scott’s leadership helps to spark innovation and creative thinking, and he is an integral part of driving sales and service in today’s business environment. Scott is married to Simone and father to Joella.
JUSTIN FROELICH
As vice president at TEMA, Justin’s energy, passion for networking, and ideas for strategic partnership keep him at the forefront of every opportunity. He is dedicated to growing our business while always helping other local businesses grow, in order to create a better tomorrow for the next generation. He is extremely active in multiple organizations, including the United Way of Trumbull County and the Rotary Club of Youngstown. Anything you need, Justin is your guy! He is married to Daniela and father of twin boys, Theo and Samuel.
TOMMY FROELICH III
Tommy works to develop and maintain unmatched working relationships with our clients. Tommy holds an MBA from Waynesburg University, and his vast roofing experience makes him responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals. His work facilitates sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization, and his expertise in product offerings lends a great fit for our diverse customer base. Tommy is engaged to his fiancé, Mary Kate.
CARLA CATHELINE
Using her 30+ years of experience at Roth, Carla’s vast knowledge of the office’s administrative and management needs help her to navigate our business’ ever-changing environment. She is always working to support her colleagues, delivers superior organizational skills, has a self-motivated drive to achieve excellence, and is committed to safely and professionally handling confidential tasks. Carla is married to her husband Jim, has a son Jimmy, and three grandchildren, Bella, Gavin and Aiden.
PEGGY BEZZARRO
Peggy provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office while helping to maintain an efficient working environment. She is an independent and organized member of TEMA Roofing, with extensive experience, including 12 years at YCS and 15 years at Masters in WV. Peggy’s high-level customer service experience and her passion for getting results play a vital role in TEMA’s success. She’s been married to her husband Bob for more than 30 years, and has a son and daughter (Ryan and Emily). On a side note, her baking skills are second to none and she keeps our office employees very happy!
MEGAN WINE
As the roofing service coordinator at TEMA, Megan brings over 7 years of experience in sales, customer service and account management. She is responsible for having direct relationships with clients, employees and vendors, and her goal is to help identify services that facilitate a better overall experience. Megan believes that clear and prompt communication is the foundation of a successful partnership and is essential in effectively managing each client’s roofing system. Megan is married to Waylon and enjoys spending time with their dogs, Harley and Emma.
MIKE QUINLAN
Mike is a project manager for our Architectural Sheet Metal Division and brings over 20 years of architectural sheet metal experience to our team. He is responsible for brainstorming, outlining and developing systems, and has a proven ability to complete projects according to the outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Mike utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution, and is an integral part of delivering successful outcomes to our clients. Mike is married to his beautiful wife, Amy.
