TEMA was founded in 2014 by Tom Froelich and his wife Margaret. Tom himself brings more than 50 years of experience in the roofing industry, having previously worked with – and established – other roofing companies. Tom wanted to spend more time with his family but still work in the field he loved – all while connecting with great customers – so, he asked his family if they wanted to start a roofing business together, and they said yes.

To this day, TEMA is proudly owned and operated by the Froelich family with three generations of hands on deck. The company has grown steadily, going beyond Ohio to now provide commercial and industrial roofing expertise across America. Large manufacturing facilities, small commercial properties, school districts, college campuses, longterm housing communities: you name it, we can do it.
